Opportunity Overview

Morgan Stanley’s Technology Investment Banking team is looking for a dynamic Investment Banking Associate to lead financial modeling, valuation, and M&A execution for enterprise software and frontier tech companies.

Responsibilities

• Construct complex 3-statement financial models, discounted cash flow (DCF), leveraged buyout (LBO), and accretion/dilution analyses.
• Author confidential information memorandums (CIMs), pitch decks, and board presentations.
• Lead day-to-day transaction execution, managing analyst workflows and coordinating with client executive teams.
• Conduct in-depth industry benchmarking, market research, and competitive positioning studies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of investment banking analyst experience or an MBA from a top business school.
• Mastery of financial modeling, valuation methodologies, and Excel.
• Demonstrated passion for software, fintech, and AI enterprise ecosystems.
